Dental clinics have needs a generic practice tool doesn't cover: a proper odontogram (tooth-by-tooth charting), multi-step treatment plans, and — in Romania — integration with CNAS/SIUI for reimbursement. Run that on paper charts, a phone-based booking book and separate invoicing, and you get double entry, billing errors and reimbursement headaches.

What we did
We built DentalCRM as practice-management software shaped around how a dental clinic actually works, so the whole patient journey from booking to billing lives in one platform.
Dental-specific charting. A real odontogram lets clinicians chart tooth by tooth and build treatment plans on top of it — the detail a generic CRM can't represent — so the clinical record matches the work.
Booking to billing in one flow. Online booking, the patient chart, treatment plans and e-invoicing are one connected flow, so there's no re-entering the same patient across separate tools.
CNAS / SIUI integration. Reimbursement is wired into the platform, so the clinic handles state-funded work without a parallel manual process.
