UP2DATE SOFTWARE offers the following categories of software services:
Mobile App Development
Native applications for iOS (SwiftUI) and Android (Jetpack Compose), cross-platform applications and mobile web applications.
Web App Development
Web platforms, SaaS applications, e-commerce, corporate portals and management systems.
AI Automation
Intelligent chatbots, business process automation, predictive analytics and machine learning.
Complementary Services
IT consulting, UI/UX design, hosting, maintenance and technical support.
3. Collaboration Process
3.1 Initial Consultation
- The first 60-minute consultation is free
- We analyze requirements and provide technical recommendations
- We provide time, cost and implementation plan estimates
- There are no obligations for further collaboration
3.2 Quote and Contract
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
- The contract is concluded by signing by both parties
- Technical specifications are an integral part of the contract
- Changes require written agreement from both parties
3.3 Project Execution
- We use Agile methodology with 2-week sprints
- Weekly progress reports
- Functional demos at the end of each sprint
- Continuous testing and quality assurance
4. Obligations of the Parties
4.1 UP2DATE SOFTWARE Obligations

- ✓ Complete technical documentation
- ✓ Training for usage
- ✓ Technical support during the warranty period

4.2 Client Obligations
- ✓ Providing information necessary for the project
- ✓ Feedback at agreed deadlines
- ✓ Payment at deadlines according to the contract
- ✓ Testing and acceptance of deliverables
- ✓ Providing necessary access (if applicable)
- ✓ Respecting intellectual property
5. Pricing and Payment Methods
5.1 Pricing Structure
Simple Applications
10,000-25,000 RON
Basic functionality, standard design
Medium Applications
25,000-50,000 RON
Complex integrations, custom design
Complex Applications
50,000+ RON
Advanced architectures, AI, microservices
5.2 Payment Methods
- Standard scheme: 30% advance, 40% at mid-project, 30% at delivery
- Large projects (50,000+ RON): customized schemes per milestone
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, bank card
- Invoicing: according to Romanian legislation with VAT
6. Warranty and Support
6.1 Warranty Period
We offer a 12-month warranty for all developed solutions, which includes:
- Resolution of bugs and operational errors
- Compatibility updates with operating systems
- Security patches
- Technical support for usage issues
6.2 Warranty Exclusions
- Modifications made by third parties
- Use in conditions different from those specified
- Problems caused by external factors (servers, internet)
- New features or improvements
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Source Code
Upon completion and full payment of the project, the client receives:
- Complete source code of the application
- Technical documentation
- Licenses necessary for operation
- Rights to use and modify
7.2 Third-Party Components
Applications may include open-source or licensed components from third parties, which remain under original licenses.
8. Confidentiality
Our commitment to confidentiality:
- • We protect all confidential client information
- • We do not disclose project details to third parties
- • The team signs confidentiality agreements
- • We delete sensitive data after project completion
- • We comply with GDPR and Romanian data protection legislation
9. Limitation of Liability
UP2DATE SOFTWARE's liability is limited to:
- Contract value for direct damages
- We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit
- We exclude liability for delays caused by the client
- We are not liable for problems caused by external factors
10. Contract Termination
10.1 Termination by Client
- 30 days written notice
- Payment for work performed until termination
- Handover of materials developed up to that point
10.2 Termination by UP2DATE SOFTWARE
- Non-payment at due date (after 15 days delay)
- Serious breach of contractual obligations
- 15 days notice for remedy
11. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Procedure
- Direct negotiation: we try amicable resolution within 30 days
- Mediation: we resort to an authorized mediator
- Arbitration: Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania
- Court: Bucharest Tribunal (as last resort)
Applicable law: Romanian legislation
12. Force Majeure
We consider force majeure unforeseen and unavoidable events such as:
- Natural disasters
- Social or military conflicts
- Pandemics and government restrictions
- Major cyber attacks on infrastructure
- Major internet outages
13. Changes to Terms
UP2DATE SOFTWARE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to clients 30 days before taking effect and will be published on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
