How the engagement works
- Agree the business constraints, critical workflows and questions the review must answer. Establish the permitted access and the review boundaries.
- Inspect the available architecture, selected code paths, deployment setup and operational evidence. Discuss constraints with the people maintaining the system.
- Compare options and present the trade-offs, risks and sequencing. Separate urgent stabilization work from longer-term architectural improvements.
A recommendation is a decision, not a commitment to build
You can proceed with UP2DATE, use the agreed deliverables with your own team, or stop after the engagement. We may recommend configuration, an existing product, a smaller intervention or no new software. Implementation is proposed separately when the evidence supports it.

Is this a penetration test or a certification audit?
No. It is an architecture and modernization review. We can identify security concerns within scope, but specialist security testing and certification are separate engagements.
Can we keep our existing development team?
Yes. The findings are intended to help the system owner make decisions and can be used by your internal team or existing supplier.
Will you recommend a complete rewrite?
Only if the evidence and constraints support it. We compare incremental approaches and explicitly consider migration risk and continuity of operations.
