How it works

Six things that make a dedicated team feel in-house

Embedded senior squads

Your dedicated team is staffed exclusively with engineers who have 8+ years of production experience — no juniors rotated in, no talent bait-and-switch after the contract is signed.

Your process and tools — we adapt

We slot into your existing workflow: your Jira board, your Git branching model, your definition of done. Our engineers are senior enough to adapt quickly and opinionated enough to improve what needs improving.

EU time zone with US morning overlap

Based in Romania (EET/EEST), we cover the full EU working day and overlap four to five hours with US East Coast mornings — enough for stand-ups, reviews and async handoffs without scheduling gymnastics.

Flexible scaling on 30-day notice

Ramp up a front-end specialist for a launch quarter, then scale back down. Capacity changes take 30 days notice — not a re-negotiation, not a severance package, not six months of recruitment.

Transparent reporting and velocity metrics

Weekly sprint reviews, shared velocity dashboards and a monthly engineering health report — so you always know throughput, blockers and where budget is going without having to ask.

Knowledge transfer and documentation

Every engagement ends — or evolves. We document architecture decisions, onboarding guides and runbooks continuously so your team can take over or your next hire ramps in days, not months.

Technology stack

We work in your stack — or recommend the right one

Our engineers cover the full modern stack. Whether you run .NET microservices, a React SPA, Flutter mobile or cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS — we staff the right seniority for the technology you already own.

No preferred vendor lock-in. If your stack is listed here, we have senior engineers who have shipped it in production. If it is not listed, ask — we likely cover it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How fast can a dedicated team start?

Typically two to three weeks from signed agreement to first sprint. We run a one-week onboarding sprint — access provisioning, codebase review, tooling setup and your first backlog alignment — before any feature work begins. For larger teams (4+ engineers) allow three to four weeks to staff the full complement without dropping seniority standards.

How do you compose the team — roles and seniority mix?

We start with a capability map of your roadmap: which disciplines are needed (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, QA) and in what proportion. From that we propose a team composition and seniority mix, with lead or principal engineers anchoring the squad. You approve the composition before anyone starts. Mid-engagement adjustments — adding a specialist, replacing a role — happen on 30-day notice.

How do you guarantee engineers are actually senior?

Every engineer on a dedicated team passes our internal bar: a take-home system-design exercise, a live architecture session with a principal engineer, and reference checks from at least two prior projects. We share CVs, GitHub profiles and interview scorecards before you commit. If a team member does not meet expectations after the first sprint, we replace at our cost — no questions, no delays.

What if we need to scale down or end the engagement?

Scale-down requires 30 days written notice. Full engagement termination requires 60 days, which covers the knowledge-transfer sprint we run before any handoff. There are no penalties, no lock-in clauses and no minimum engagement periods beyond the first 90-day ramp-up window. Everything is written into the master services agreement before you sign.

How do communication and reporting work day to day?

The team joins your daily stand-up and uses your communication tools (Slack, Teams, or whichever). Sprint reviews happen every two weeks with a written summary. A monthly engineering health report covers velocity trend, bug rate, test coverage delta and any architectural risks surfaced during the period. You have direct access to every engineer — no account manager layer in between.
