Build security into the software your business relies on.
Identify risks in your applications, prioritize what needs fixing and implement the agreed changes. We connect security review with software engineering, from architecture and access controls to release checks and retesting.

When this is the right starting point
- You are preparing a launch and need to review authentication, permissions and sensitive data flows.
- An existing application has security findings that your team needs help investigating and fixing.
- New APIs, integrations or cloud environments introduce access and configuration risks.
- You want repeatable security checks in the way your team builds and releases software.
What you receive
- A map of critical assets, data flows and trust boundaries, with a threat model for the agreed scope.
- Documented findings with evidence, business impact, severity and a prioritized remediation plan.
- Agreed fixes to application code, API authorization, sessions, secrets handling or environment configuration.
- Security checks for dependencies, exposed secrets and code integrated into the delivery pipeline, with a process for reviewing findings.
- Retest results for implemented fixes, with remaining risks and coverage limitations recorded.
- Technical handover, ownership and a practical plan for maintaining the agreed controls.
How the engagement works
- Define the applications, environments, access, test boundaries and acceptance criteria with your technical owner.
- Review architecture, critical user journeys, source code and configuration using the agreed manual and automated checks.
- Prioritize findings by impact and implement agreed fixes, validating changes in a suitable test environment.
- Retest the changes, document open issues and hand over the controls and next steps to your team.
Reference frameworks, applied to your project
OWASP ASVS provides requirements for verifying web applications and APIs. NIST SSDF describes practices for secure software development. We agree which requirements and checks are relevant to your system.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work on an application built by another team?
Yes. We start with the architecture, source code and access your team can provide. The proposal identifies what can be reviewed, which environments are available and any limitations.
Do you also implement the fixes?
Yes. The engagement can include investigation, remediation and retesting. We can make the agreed changes or work alongside your internal developers.
Does a security review include penetration testing?
The test type is defined in the proposal. A code and configuration review is different from a penetration test. Targets, methods, authorization and limits are agreed in writing before any active testing.
Can we review a system that is already live?
Yes. We agree access and prioritize a suitable test environment. Any production testing is scoped separately, with agreed timing, restrictions and contacts.
Can we start with one application or API?
Yes. A defined application, API or critical workflow is a useful starting point. You receive findings and agreed fixes for that scope, and can plan the next priorities from the results.
