Premium digitalisation partnership

Smart Intelligence

Expertise for the decisions. A team for delivery.

We work with business and IT teams to connect your company’s data, applications and processes. We establish what needs to change, build the solution and stay involved in its operation.

How the parts work together

Each component has a role. We design the whole process, including exceptions and points of control.

Connected information with business context

We establish sources, definitions and access rights. We connect information from ERP, CRM, databases and documents.

Deliverable: a map of sources, integrations and data responsibilities.

When this partnership makes sense

For companies with existing systems and teams involved in digitalisation that need a shared direction for decisions and delivery.

Processes across departments

The same information is entered into different applications, while approvals and exceptions are tracked separately.

Investments to prioritise

Several automation or AI ideas compete for attention. Your team needs criteria for choosing the first project.

Systems that need to evolve

ERP, CRM and existing applications need to be connected, extended or modernised while accounting for current operations.

A clear commitment at each stage

We start with a paid assessment with an agreed scope and deliverables. Its findings inform implementation and any ongoing partnership.

  1. Assessment and direction

    Fixed fee and defined scope

We work with process owners and IT to establish the current situation and feasible options.

    • Map of relevant processes, systems and data
    • Prioritised opportunities with assumptions and dependencies
    • First project scope, effort estimate and acceptance criteria
  2. Design and implementation

Budget and deliverables approved in stages

We build the first working flow. It can include integrations, web or mobile applications, automation and AI components.

    • Solution tested against agreed scenarios
    • Access controls, exception handling and monitoring
    • Documentation, training and handover to the operating team
  3. Ongoing partnership

Retainer with defined capacity and responsibilities

We review operation and results, revisit priorities and plan the next developments.

    • Regular reviews with business and IT owners
    • Improvement plan based on use and results
    • Support and development within the agreed contract scope

Work directly with the people responsible for the decisions

A senior partner coordinates the engagement and connects business objectives, architecture and delivery. The team and its involvement are agreed in the proposal.

  • Options explained, with costs and trade-offs
  • Visibility into progress and decisions
  • Results assessed against the starting point
  • Clear responsibilities after launch

Before the first conversation

Do we need to replace existing systems?

We first assess what can be retained and integrated. We propose modernisation or replacement when a component’s limitations justify the change.

Will every project include AI?

We choose components for the problem. Calculations, validation and approvals with explicit rules use deterministic logic. We introduce AI where evaluation shows it fits the task.

What does the investment cover?

The assessment has a scope, deliverables and fixed fee agreed before work starts. Implementation has a separate budget approved in stages. The ongoing partnership defines included capacity, support and responsibilities.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

An initiative sponsor, process owners and representatives from IT or existing providers. Relevant scenarios also involve people responsible for data, security and operations.

How does the engagement begin?

The first 30-minute conversation is free. We clarify the problem and context, then propose the scope and deliverables of the paid assessment. Timing depends on access to people, systems and information.

Which process should we start with?

Tell us what you want to improve and which systems you use. The first 30-minute conversation is free; the assessment is quoted separately.

Request an initial conversation

The first 30-minute conversation is free. We clarify your objectives, then propose a collaboration with clear deliverables, timing and costs.
