We assess the supported interfaces and vendor constraints first. An adapter or controlled data exchange may be possible; we do not promise connectivity before checking the system.
Can you guarantee no downtime?
Continuity requirements are part of the design. We agree rollout windows, fallback and rollback plans; a zero-downtime promise depends on the actual systems and constraints.
Is support included?
Delivery includes the agreed documentation and handover. Ongoing monitoring, incident response and improvements are defined separately in a managed-services scope.
