What we build

End-to-end web development capabilities

Customer-facing platforms

Web applications your customers log into and use daily — dashboards, account areas and self-service portals built for scale and accessibility.

SaaS products

Multi-tenant platforms with accounts, billing and role-based access — the web application at the core of a subscription business.

E-commerce & online stores

Stores with product catalogs, carts, payments and integrations for orders, invoicing and delivery.

Internal portals & dashboards

Operational web tools that replace spreadsheets: workflows, reporting and real-time visibility, with the right data in front of the right role.

Integrations & APIs

REST and event-driven integrations between your web platform and third-party systems — payments, invoicing, ERPs — reliable, versioned and documented.

Security & compliance

GDPR-aligned data handling, role-based access, audit trails and penetration-test-ready code — under an ISO 27001-certified process.

Technology stack

Modern, maintainable web stack

React and Next.js or Vue on the front-end; .NET or Node.js on the back-end; PostgreSQL for data; Azure and AWS for cloud. Proven at scale and easy to hire for over the long term.

ReactNext.jsVue.NETNode.jsPostgreSQL

We pick the stack for longevity and your maintenance horizon, not for what is trending — and we justify every choice against your product, scale and team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we start without technical specifications?

Yes. We start with your business objectives and existing systems. We define requirements and architecture with your team, then deliver in stages. If the scope is already clear, we can start directly with implementation.

How much does web development cost?

UP2DATE's indicative ranges are €30,000–€80,000 for an internal web tool and €80,000–€250,000+ for a broader platform, excluding VAT. These are application planning ranges, not prices for every website. The proposal defines features, integrations, testing, migration and operating costs.

How long does it take to build a web platform?

A focused first version — one core workflow, real users — typically ships in 2–4 months. We work in weekly increments you can click through on a staging link, so you steer the product as it is built rather than waiting for a big reveal.

Do you build websites or web applications?

Web applications — software that runs in the browser and does real work. For a simple brochure site a template is the cheaper, right answer; we focus on platforms, SaaS, e-commerce and internal systems where custom development earns its cost.

Which technologies do you use for web development?

React/Next.js or Vue on the front-end, .NET or Node.js on the back-end, PostgreSQL, and Azure or AWS for cloud. We recommend the stack that fits your product and maintenance horizon, and justify the choice — not the same stack for every client.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, completely. Every engagement includes a full IP assignment: source code, cloud accounts and domain transfer to you on final payment. No licence, no lock-in, no ongoing dependency on us for the platform to run.

What we agree before implementation

The proposal and delivery plan define results, responsibilities and acceptance conditions.

Requirements and first release

Real workflows, roles, integrations and exclusions. We prioritize what must work at the first launch.

Deliverables and acceptance

Code, interfaces, configuration, tests and documentation with verifiable criteria and an acceptance owner.

Ownership and handover

Code rights, component licenses, repository and account access, and handover steps are defined in the agreement.

Launch and support

We agree environments, migration, monitoring and support. Infrastructure, licenses and later changes are explicit costs.
