Valuing vehicles and equipment for leasing is a regulated, document-heavy process. Under Romania's ANEVAR standards, every appraisal has to bring together the right photos of the asset, its precise technical data and the valuation reasoning — and turn all of it into a formal, compliant report. Done the traditional way, that work is scattered across email, spreadsheets and manual document editing, with photos chased over messaging apps and each report rebuilt largely by hand.

Anteca's valuers handle a wide, uneven range of assets — trucks, semi-trailers and agricultural machinery, from a SCHMITZ CARGOBULL trailer to a JOHN DEERE tractor or a RENAULT truck — each with its own data to capture. They needed one platform to run every valuation dossier end to end: keep track of which client and which asset a file belongs to, see immediately what data or photos are still missing, and produce consistent, ANEVAR-compliant reports faster, without dropping anything along the way.
