We built a web platform that owns quality management, compliance tracking and reporting for hospitals and clinics — replacing the spreadsheet-and-folder workflow with a single system.

Automated audit workflows. Audit checklists, evidence and scoring live in the system and run as a guided workflow, so an audit is executed and recorded as it happens rather than reconstructed afterward — the core of the 90% automation and 70% time reduction.

Continuous compliance, not pre-inspection panic. The platform tracks compliance status continuously and surfaces gaps as they appear, so clinics stay audit-ready instead of scrambling before each inspection.

Automated reporting. Audit reports are generated automatically as PDFs from the recorded data, with live dashboards (Chart.js) giving management a real-time view of quality and compliance across the organisation.
