The challenge
Expiry dates need to stay connected to the right vehicle and generate useful reminders. Fleet use extends that requirement to a shared view across vehicles.

Solution and implementation
UP2DATE built a platform for inspection bookings, expiry notifications and fleet management, alongside a native Android app.
Drivers manage bookings and deadlines while managers follow vehicle status in the same platform.
Delivered outcome
Users can book inspections online and track ITP, RCA and CASCO deadlines. Fleets have a shared workspace for those records and notifications.
