The challenge
Availability, payment and appointment details need to stay connected. The project aimed to bring them into a journey clients can access and stylists can follow.

Solution and implementation
UP2DATE built a platform with online booking, calendar synchronization, Stripe payments and real-time chat.
Clients can choose an appointment and continue the interaction in the same product. The implementation uses Laravel, Vue.js and MySQL, with notifications and calendar integration.
Delivered outcome
Stylists and clients can manage bookings, payment and conversation on one platform. The calendar connects to the availability shown for bookings.
What to take away
For appointment services, treat the calendar as part of operations. Payment and conversations should retain the booking’s context.
