Salve Call serves people seeking counselling and professionals offering remote sessions.
The challenge
Access requires finding availability, joining a session and paying. The project needed to bring these stages into a journey for individual conversations.

- Integrate payment into the session flow.
Solution and implementation
UP2DATE built a web platform for video sessions, connecting clients and counsellors with Stripe payments.
The implementation uses WebRTC for video and Socket.io for signalling and presence, alongside Next.js, Node.js and MongoDB.
Delivered outcome
Clients and counsellors can connect for individual sessions with payment handled on the same platform. Availability and access to the conversation share a workflow.
What to take away
For remote sessions, design availability, connection and session completion together. Define privacy requirements and how they will be verified.
